'PERfect Personnel' is a human resource system that has been well received in many industry sectors. These include retail, transport, marine, wholesale and manufacturing. Flexibility, ease of use and lightning performance make PERfect a popular success.

One of the design goals of PERfect was to allow maintenance of data at the lowest applicable level without compromising security. Within perfect, groups of users are defined. Each group has access to what appears to be a personnel system designed specifically for them. They have their own set of screens and are only aware of the existence of employees for whose data they are responsible. Whilst maintaining the data that is important to them, they are in fact keeping a single central integrated system updated. This architecture is ideal for use in companies that have several remote locations along with centralised personnel and reporting requirements.

PERfect includes a very easy to use report writer and integrates with Microsoft Word to generate single of bulk 'form' letters.
